| All sales must be considered final, as the
products cannot be returned to stock, once having left the manufacturer's
direct control. Kit and component prices, quotations for standing
orders and quantity discounts will be furnished on request. All orders
will be shipped F.O.B. Rowland Heights, CA.
For the US market, a copy of any radioisotope license certificate
(Specific or General) issued to a US customer must be on file with
Mectest Corporation before kits or components containing radioactive
material can be shipped. These radioactive materials may be acquired
by any customer with the appropriate Specific license. Under a General
license these radioactive materials may be acquired only by physicians,
veterinarians in the practice of veterinary medicine, clinical laboratories
and hospitals - and strictly for in vitro clinical or laboratory
tests not involving external or internal administration of the radioactive
material or its radiation to human beings or other animals. Its
acquisition, receipt, storage, use, transfer and disposal are all
subject to the regulations and a (General or Specific) license of
the US Nuclear Regulatory Commission or of a State with which the
NRC has entered into an agreement for the exercise of regulatory
control.
All foreign orders are shipped prepaid, FOB Rowland Heights,
CA, USA. An estimated cost of the items ordered including shipping
and handling costs will be sent to foreign customers via a proforma
invoice. Banking and remittance information will also be sent to
foreign customers accordingly. Foreign orders will be shipped only
upon confirmation of remittance of monies due at a specified bank.
NOTE: Claims for shortage, breakage or unacceptable material
cannot be allowed unless reported within five (5) days from receipt
of goods. Mectest Corporation assumes no liability for loss or delay
caused by strikes, accidents, delays of carrier, acts of God, or
other causes beyond our control. All returns must be authorized
in writing by this company. Because of the nature of the products,
all sales are considered final. Products cannot be returned to stock
for resale once they have left the direct control of Mectest Corporation.
WARRANTY: Mectest products are warranted to perform as described
in the MC package inserts. MC disclaims any implied warranty of
merchantability or fitness for use and in no event shall MC be liable
for direct or consequential damages.
